Information we collect
We collect information that customers, suppliers and business contacts provide to us, such as names, company details, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, enquiries, quotations, orders, payment information and communication notes. Our website may also receive standard technical information needed to operate securely, such as IP address, browser type and request logs.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, communicate about payments and service, maintain customer relationships, secure our systems and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Google and Gmail integration
Our private CRM may connect to the Google account authorised by an HTM Automations India administrator. The integration requests the minimum access needed to identify the connected account and send business email through Gmail. It does not request permission to read, alter or delete mailbox messages.
Google OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are kept on the server and protected with encryption. Access is limited to authorised HTM Automations India administration. An administrator can disconnect Gmail from the CRM, and access can also be revoked from the Google Account permissions page.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only when required to operate our business, deliver requested products or services, comply with law, or use trusted providers such as hosting, email, logistics and accounting services. Those providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Storage, security and retention
We use access controls, authenticated sessions, encryption where appropriate and operational safeguards to protect information. We retain records only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, business operations, fraud prevention, legal compliance and accounting requirements, after which they may be deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to legal and legitimate business record requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-essential marketing communication.
